No sound from

1. Make sure that you have selected the
correct source.
2. For all audio modes make sure that
the volume control is set properly.
3. For Bluetooth/COAX/OPTICAL/AUX
audio make sure that the source
volume control is properly adjusted.
Bluetooth
Bluetooth pairing
fails
1. Check to see that both devices are
turned on and that your Bluetooth
device is discoverable.
2. Turn both devices off and then on
again.
3. Make sure that you have selected the
correct source.
4. Make sure that the Bluetooth device is
within 10m of the unit.
5. Move both devices away from other
Bluetooth devices, microwaves,
wireless routers and other electronics.
6. Make sure that the unit is not paired to
a previously paired device.
Quality of audio
play from a
connected
Bluetooth device
is poor
The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the
device closer to the stereo hifi Bluetooth
pair of speakers, or remove any obstacle
between the device and the stereo hifi
Bluetooth pair of speakers.
USB
Files on USB
memory device
will not play back
1. Make sure you have selected the
correct source.
2. Make sure that the audio files are in
the MP3 format.
OPTI/COAX
No sound when
receiving TV
input
1. Select correct audio option from TV.
2. If using coax or optical cables make
sure that they are plugged into the
output jacks of the TV and the input
jacks of the speaker.
