• Ensure that the tonguetip status indicator is not flashing red. If it is
then please contact the manufacturer for replacing the tonguetip (see
page 53).
• Try adjusting the stimulation level using the buttons on the side of the
Controller.
19.5 - What should I do if the Controller is not charging?
If your Controller is not charging, please try the following:
• Check the mains plug on the Charger is fully ‘clicked in’.
• Check if the Charger is working
by connecting the Charger to the
Headphones. If the red light does
not illuminate, then there is possibly
a fault with the Charger. Please
contact Customer Support (see
page 53).
• Retry charging the Controller - if there is still not an indication of
charging, please contact Customer Support (see page 53).
