IftheServiceProviderdeterminesthatitisunabletorepairyourproduct,the
ServiceProviderwillreplaceitwithonethatisatleastfunctionallyequivalent.
IftheServiceProviderdeterminesthatitisunabletoeitherrepairorreplaceyour
product,yoursoleremedyunderthisLimitedWarrantyistoreturntheproductto
yourplaceofpurchaseortoLenovoforarefundofyourpurchaseprice.
ReplacementProductsandParts
Whenwarrantyserviceinvolvesthereplacementofaproductorpart,thereplaced
productorpartbecomesLenovo’spropertyandthereplacementproductorpart
becomesyourproperty.OnlyunalteredLenovoproductsandpartsareeligiblefor
replacement.ThereplacementproductorpartprovidedbyLenovomaynotbe
new,butitwillbeingoodworkingorderandatleastfunctionallyequivalenttothe
originalproductorpart.Thereplacementproductorpartshallbewarrantedfor
thebalanceoftheperiodremainingontheoriginalproduct.

Ifyouobtainserviceunderthiswarranty,youauthorizeLenovotostore,useand
processinformationaboutyourwarrantyserviceandyourcontactinformation,
includingname,phonenumbers,address,ande-mailaddress.Lenovomayuse
thisinformationtoperformserviceunderthiswarranty.Wemaycontactyouto
inquireaboutyoursatisfactionwithourwarrantyserviceortonotifyyouaboutany
productrecallsorsafetyissues.Inaccomplishingthesepurposes,youauthorize

WhatthisWarrantyDoesnotCover
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverthefollowing:
•uninterruptedorerror-freeoperationofaproduct;
•lossof,ordamageto,yourdatabyaproduct;
•anysoftwareprograms,whetherprovidedwiththeproductorinstalled
subsequently;
•failureordamageresultingfrommisuse,abuse,accident,modication,
unsuitablephysicaloroperatingenvironment,naturaldisasters,powersurges,
impropermaintenance,orusenotinaccordancewithproductinformation
materials;
•damagecausedbyanon-authorizedserviceprovider;
•failureof,ordamagecausedby,anythirdpartyproducts,includingthosethat
LenovomayprovideorintegrateintotheLenovoproductatyourrequest;
•anytechnicalorothersupport,suchasassistancewith“how-to”questions
andthoseregardingproductset-upandinstallation;
