Function
l The analog input value is added to the value at input AINx-OFFSET.
l The result of the addition is limited to ±200%.
l The limited value is multiplied with the value which is applied at input AINx-GAIN.
l The signal is then limited to ±200%.
l The signal is output at AINx-OUT.
