Adapt input signal to the data format of the target code:
– C1093 (numerator)
– C1094 (denominator).

C1094 also fixes the decimal code of the target code:
– Set C1094 corresponding to the existing decimal codes of the target code. The number of
decimal codes can be obtained from the code table.
