9.3.2 Fan w ith dust protection filter
D ry-type filters are used for the m otors. Dry dust should be rem oved com pletely by
tapping.

Note!
The dust filter is m ounted on the ventilation aggregate. Depending on
the am ount of dust, the filter m ust be cleaned and replaced in regular
intervals!
Soiled filters reduce the am ount o f cooling air significantly. This leads to a higher
w in ding tem perature, reduces its service life and m ay lead to damages.
W hen replacing the filte r you m ust take care that all covers and filters are tig htly fixed
so th at there are no leaks for harm ful dust!
In case of w e t dust you must install new filter mats. The internal cleanness of the m otor
should be checked at the latest when you replace the filter for the first tim e.
9.3.3 M otors w ith bearing relubricating devices
Under norm al operating conditions, the bearings used have a service life of approx.
20.000 operating hours. Ex works the bearings are filled w ith a high-quality,
heat-resistant roller bearing grease. (The perm issible operating tem perature range of
the grease used is between -25°C and +120°C).
Relubrication period, type o f grease and am ount o f grease are stated on an additional
indicating label on the m otor.
