The earbuds and charging case may require
periodic cleaning.
Reset the earbuds
1) Put the earbuds back into the charging case
and the earbuds indicators stay red.
2) Wait that the earbuds indicators flash red once.
3) Tap the touch buttons of both earbuds 5 times
simultaneously and the indicator of the right
earbud flashes white 3 times.
