What to do if keyboard and/or mouse not responding on LevelOne KVM-0223?
    • J
      Jessica BassAug 8, 2025
If your LevelOne Switch keyboard or mouse isn't responding, first try unplugging the keyboard or mouse from the Console Keyboard Port and then plugging it back in. If that doesn't work, you may have entered the hotkey sequence incorrectly; try resending the hotkey command by pressing and releasing each key individually. As a last resort, turn off the computers connected to the switch, wait 5 seconds, and then turn them back on to reset the switch.

If you are experiencing video problems with your LevelOne Switch, it might be due to the resolution or refresh rate being set too high. Try selecting a lower resolution or bandwidth to resolve the issue.
