You can test the Wireless Access Point connectivity by opening the command prompt (Start > Run > cmd) and using the command 'ping 192.168.188.253'. If there are connectivity issues, reset the Wireless Access Point. Ensure that the IP address 192.168.188.253 is not being used by another device on the network. Check the computer and cable; it's recommended to use a 10/100M UTP unshielded cable. Also, clear any Arp bindings by using the command 'arp -d' in the command prompt. Finally, clear your web browser's temporary files and cache.

  Try scanning for available wireless networks again. Ensure that the wireless standard of your LevelOne Wireless Access Point is correct (2.4Ghz signal should connect to a 2.4Ghz network, and a 5.8Ghz signal should connect to a 5.8Ghz network). Verify that the security settings and passwords match between the Wireless Access Point and the AP. The signal strength of the AP might be too weak; it should be more than -75dBm.
