4. Pour 3 cups of distilled white vinegar
along with 3 cups of water into the water
tank. Replace the cap and gently shake
the water tank to evenly coat all of its
sides with the solution.
5. Fill the inner chamber with 1 cup of
distilled white vinegar. [Blue area in
Figure 9.2]
6. Allow the solutions to sit in both parts
for at least 30 minutes.
7. Scrub all parts of the inner chamber with
the included cleaning brush to remove
any scale or build up. [Figure 9.2]
8. Pour out the excess vinegar and rinse
the inner chamber thoroughly with warm
water. Dry the chamber with a soft, clean
cloth.
9. Rinse out the water tank with warm
water and set it aside to air dry.
10. Allow all parts to dry completely.
Reassemble the humidifier and store it
in a covered space.
