4. . Li off drum. Remember to take care in re-fitting the drum washer with bevel on underside.
5. Remove all screws holding centre stem to base. Using a flat bladed screwdriver in the drainage slots, lever
off centre stem assembly clear of the two dowel pins.
NOTE: For manual to electric winch conversion, replace centre stem with kit supplied unit.
