0x7C Failure Response
PCM 90 to host only. This tells the host that the PCM 90 was unable to service a particular request, for
example a request for an effect that is not present. Note that the failure response is only returned when
the host has transmitted a properly formatted request. Any partial or corrupted request receives no
response.
