6 Open the rear lower door.
7 Remove the six screws (A) securing the rear lower door to the machine.
8 Remove the rear lower door.
9 Disconnect the cables from the controller board.
Duplex motor removal
1 Remove the paper tray from the machine.
2 Remove the rear door. See “Rear door removal” on page 549.
3 Remove the rear lower cover. See “Rear lower cover removal” on page 551.
4 Remove the fuser access door. See “Fuser access door removal” on page 557.
