Symptoms
Possible Problems/ Solutions
Solution 3:
1. From another Internet connection, go to Lexus Linkoyota portal
(http://my.Lexus.eu) using your Lexus Linkoyota credentials,
then select “Lexus Link” in the menu.
2. Check your available data volume on the dashboard.
3. If you do not have any remaining data volume, please purchase
a top-up or subscribe to a higher data bundle subscription.
Solution 4:
1. Check the mobile network and Wi-Fi indicators on the Lexus Link
4G box device to confirm the connection status.
Solution 5:
1. Connect to the main settings page (http://
settings.incarhotspot.net).
2. Confirm that the toggle button “Connection status” is set to
“active” (on mobile devices, this button is accessible in the
“Connection Status” sub-menu).
The download or
upload speed is very
slow.
Solution:
The speed is dependent on signal strength and mobile network
performances:
1. Make sure you are in an area covered by mobile networks
2. If your car is parked in a building, basement, underground
parking: you can improve the signal strength by driving the
vehicle outside.
3. You can check the signal strength and network type in the main
settings page (http://settings.incarhotspot.net).
The network types are, from the slowest to the fastest technologies:
o EDGE (2G)
o HSPA (3G)
o DC-HSPA (3G+)
o LTE (4G)
I cannot visit the Main
Settings page.
Solution:
1. Make sure your device is connected via Wi-Fi to the Lexus Link
4G box. If not, please refer to the section “Connecting Your
Device” of this manual.
2. Make sure your device is not configured to use a proxy server to
connect to Internet
