  Ensure you connect the signal cable that matches the source input signal. Condensation may appear on the screen, which will disappear after the product is powered on for some time. When connecting the panel and the Signage box, check that their serial numbers match. If they do, unplug the power cord and plug it in again to run the Clear Panel Noise feature. The system will reboot automatically. You can also run this feature in (Settings) [Display] [Advanced Settings] [OLED Panel Settings] [Clear Panel Noise] menu.

For D-Sub analog signals, press the button on the remote control to automatically select the optimal screen status. If the adjustment isn't satisfactory, manually adjust the display settings in the OSD menu.
