If your LG Portable DVD Player is not providing 1.8V, 5V, or 3.3V, try replacing components C19 and C23. Alternatively, check and replace VCC_ADP D5, Q11, Q16, and Q19 if they are not working. If the issue persists, consider replacing U16.
