Replace D951, D952, IC901.
1-2-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
Case 1) 5.5 VA Abnormal: Check D951, D952 and replace it.
Case 2) 12.5 VA Abnormal: Check D954 and replace it.
Case 3) All voltage abnormal: Check IC901 and replace it.
