7. PROTECTION SYMPTOM OCCURRENCE
Auto power-off and “S-protection” or “D-protection” is displayed on VFD.
S-protection is displayed when over-current or over-temperature is detected on output.
D-protection is displayed when the DC level is detected on output. (Audio signal is AC level.)

7-1-1. Solution
Check SMPS board and IC702 (AMP IC) on MAIN board.
7-1-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Check if SPK CNT CN702/ CN703 or SPK Cable is short status.
2) Check PVDD voltage of IC702. (40 V ~ 50 V).
2) If problem still occurs, check IC702 (AMP IC).
- Check AMP_12V of IC702.
- Check L701, L702, C720, C738 soldering status.
