If the screen freezes or the phone does not respond when you try to operate it:
PressandholdthePower/Lock ButtonandVolume Down Buttonforabout10
secondstoresetyourphone.Toturnyourphoneoff,pressandholdthePower/Lock
ButtonandtheVolume Down Buttonforabout20seconds.Ifitstilldoesnotwork,
pleasecontacttheservicecenter.
