Q The standby time of the phone has
gradually become shorter.
A Batteries have a limited life. When the
battery lasts only half its original time, it
needs to be replaced. Only use authorised
replacement parts. A short battery life may
also be due to the user environment, a large
volume of calls, or weak signals.
Q When I recall a phonebook entry, no number
is dialled.
A Check that the numbers have been saved
correctly, by using the phonebook Search
feature. Resave them if necessary.
Q The phone is not receiving incoming calls or
messages.
A Check that your phone is switched on
(
pressed for more than three seconds).
Make sure you are accessing the right
cellular network. Check you have not set an
incoming call barring option.
Q I cannot fi nd the lock, PIN, PUK code, or
password?
A The default lock code is ‘0000’. If you
forget or lose the lock code, contact your
phone dealer. If you forget or lose a PIN
or PUK code, or if you have not received
such a code, contact your network service
provider.
