2. Failure of product to perform during power failuresand interruptions
or inadequate electrical service.
3. Damage caused by leakyor broken water pipes, frozen water pipes,
restricteddrain lines,inadequate or interruptedwater supply or inadequate
supply ofair.
4. Damage resultingfrom operating the product in a corrosive atmosphere or
contraryto the instructionsoutlined inthe productowner's manual.
5. Damage to the productcaused by accidents, pests and vermin, lightning,
wind,fire, floods, or acts of God.
6. Damage resultingfrom misuse,abuse, improper installation,repair,
or maintenance. Improper repair includes useof parts not approved
or specified by LG.
7. Damage or failure caused by unauthorized modification or alteration,or if it
is used for other than the intendedpurpose, or any water leakage where
the unit was not properly installed.
8. Damageor failurecausedby incorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or plumbing
codes,commercialor industrialuse,or useof accessories,components,or
consumablecleaningproductsthatare notapprovedby LG.
9. Damage caused by transportationand handling, including scratches,
dents,chips, and/orother damage to the finishof your product, unless
suchdamage resultsfrom defectsin materialsor workmanship and is
reportedwithin one (1) week of delivery (Call: 1-800-243-0000).
10. Damage or missing itemsto any display, open box,discounted, or
refurbishedproduct.
11. Products with originalserial numbers that have been removed, altered, or
can not be readilydetermined. Model and Serial numbers,along with
original retailsales receipt, are required for warranty validation.
12. Increasesin utilitycosts and additional utilityexpenses.
13. Replacementof light bulbs, filters, or any consumable parts.
14. Repairs when your productis used in other than normal and usual
householduse (e.g. commercial use,offices, and recreational facilities)or
contrary to the instructions outlinedin the product owner's manual.
15.Costs associatedwith removal of your product from your home for
repairs.
16.The removaland reinstallationof the productif it is installed in an
inaccessible location or is not installed in accordance with published
installationinstructions, including LG's owner's and installation manuals.
17.Shelves, door bins,drawers, handles,accessories, and other parts
besides_,thosethat were originally included with this particularmodel.
The cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
