Is Fan Motor voltage 11.4~12.6V?
Yes

Check the Fan motor.
Rotate fan using hand.
It feel sticky?
Yes
Change the
Fan motor
Replace
Main PCB

Reset the unit and
Input Test1 Mode.
(Push the button 1 time)
