5. Pork Belly Stewed with Five Chinese
Spices
- Food Temp. : Refrigerated
- Utensil : Microwave-safe bowl
Ingredients
300 g pork belly (less fat) \ 4 star anise
3 cinnamon stick, cut 1 inch \ 5 garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons pepper corn\ 2 coriander root, crushed
4 cups pork stock \ 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce \ 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons seasoning sauce \ Cheesecloth for wrap the spices
1. Clean pork belly, cut to the large pieces and put in microwave-safe bowl.
2. Put the all ingredients in the bowl.
3. Place the bowl in the oven.
4. Choose the menu and press start.
6. Salmon Panang Red Curry

- Utensil : Microwave-safe bowl
Ingredients
300 g salmon filet \ 2 tablespoons Panang curry paste
1 1/2 cup coconut milk \ 4 kaffir lime leaves, thin sliced
1 red chili spur pepper, thin sliced \ 1/4 cup basil
2 teaspoons fish sauce \ 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
1/4 cup cooking oil for deep-frying
1. Clean salmon llet and wipe it dry, set aside.
2. In a large bowl, put the all ingredients.

7. Pandanus Leaves Flavor Jelly

Ingredients
1 tablespoon agar-agar powder \ 1 1/2 cups water
2 eggs \ 1/4 cup coconut sugar \ 1/4 cup coconut milk
3 pandanus leaves, cut 2 inches
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

8. Sweet Corn Thai Jelly with Coconut

Base
1/2 cup rice flour \ 2 tablespoons arrowroot flour
2 cups water \ 1/2 cup sugar \ 1 1/2 cup sweet corn, cooked
Top
1 1/4 cups coconut milk \ 2 tablespoons rice flour
1 tablespoon sugar \ 1/2 teaspoon salt
1. In a bowl, put the base ingredients.
2. Place the bowl in the oven.
3. Choose the menu and press start.
4. After cook, ll the base mixing into mould for level ¾ of mould, set aside.
5. In a bowl, put the top ingredients. Heat in microwave oven until boil,
frequent stir until thicker.

Leave from oven, ll up the mould level top, set aside until cool then serve.
