HOW TO USE
Healthy Grill
The following example will show you how to cook 0.5 kg
of teriyaki chicken with rice.

STOP/CLEAR.

The following indication is displayed:

“2 TERIYAKI CHICKEN WITH RICE”.

START/Q-START
for category confirmation.

until display shows “0.5 kg”.

START/Q-START.
When cooking you can increase or decrease cooking
time by turning
COOK MODE.
Healthy Grill menus are programmed.
Healthy Grill allows you to cook most of your
favourite food by selecting the food type and the
weight of the food.

Category Instructions
1. Grilled Honey Pork Ribs
- Weight Limit : 0.2~0.8 kg
- Food Temp. : Refrigerated
- Utensil : Crisp tray On the high rack
Ingredients
500 g pork ribs \ 5 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons tomato sauce \ 1 teaspoon salt \ 1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons pineapple juice \ Vegetable pickle
1. Clean pork rips and cut to 5 inches, marinate with soy sauce,
tomato sauce, salt, honey and pineapple juice for 30 minutes.
2. Arrange marinated pork rib on the crisp tray.
3. Place the crisp tray on the high rack in the oven.
4.Choose the menu and weight, press start.
5. When beep, turn food over.
6. And then press start to continue cooking. After cooking, serve with
vegetable pickle.
2. Teriyaki Chicken with Rice
- Weight Limit : 0.2
~0.6 kg
- Food Temp. : Refrigerated
- Utensil : Crisp tray On the high rack
Ingredients
3 cups Jasmine rice, cooked \ 3 chicken breasts 150 g each
1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce \ 1/2 cup Kimchi
1. Clean chicken and use fork stab chicken breasts, marinate with half
teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
2. Arrange marinated chicken on the crisp tray.
3. Place the crisp tray on the high rack in the oven.
4. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
5. When beep, turn food over.
6. And then press start to continue cooking. After cooking, set aside.
7. In a serving dish, arrange cooked rice, Kimchi and grilled chicken.
