2-2-1. Solution
Replace IC308 on MAIN board.
2-2-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Please check 3.7 VA of IC308 pin3 (VIN).
2) If 3.7 VA is abnormal, please check IC305 pin1 (VOUT).
3) If 3.7 VA is OK, but 3.3 VA is abnormal at the IC308 pin6 (VOUT), replace IC308.
