  If your LG Heat Pump isn't heating or cooling properly, ensure the target temperature is set correctly, considering whether it's water-based or air-based. Also, check the pressure gauge and add water until it reads 2~2.5 Bar. Lastly, inspect the strainer for particle buildup and clean if necessary. Make sure the pressure gauge doesn't exceed 4 Bar and that the water pipe isn't blocked by particles or lime.

  If your LG Heat Pump's water pump is making noise, it might be due to incomplete air purging. Open the air purge cap and add water until the pressure gauge reads 2~2.5 Bar. If water doesn't splash out when the tip is pressed, continue purging air. Also, check if the pressure gauge indicates above 0.3 Bar and verify the expansion tank and pressure gauge are functioning correctly.

  If your LG Heat Pump doesn't start even though the power supply is fine, it could be due to the water inlet temperature. The unit won't operate if the water inlet temperature exceeds 57 °C for system protection. Similarly, in cooling mode, it won't operate below 5 °C; allow the unit to warm the water. In heating mode, it won't operate below 15 °C; let it warm to 18 °C. If you're not using a back-up heater, increase the water temperature with an external heat source. If problems persist, contact your dealer. For screed drying, install back-up heater accessories.

  If water floods out through the drain hose of your LG Heat Pump, it may be due to overfilling. Release water by opening the safety valve switch until the pressure gauge reads 2~2.5 Bar. Alternatively, the expansion tank might be damaged, requiring replacement. Finally, if the water tank heater's thermal protector is activated, open the DHW tank's side panel and press the reset button.
