  To ensure your LG Heat Pump provides satisfactory heating or cooling, verify that the target temperature is set correctly, paying attention to whether the temperature setting should be water-based or air-based. Insufficient charged water could also be the cause; check the pressure gauge and add water until it reads between 2 and 2.5 Bar. A low water flow rate can also affect performance. Inspect the strainer for excessive particle buildup and clean if necessary. Also, check if the pressure gauge indicates above 4 Bar, and inspect the water pipe for blockages from stacked particles or lime.

  If your LG Heat Pump's water pump is making noise, it might be due to air not being completely purged from the system. Open the air purge cap and add water until the pressure gauge reads 2 to 2.5 Bar. Ensure air purging is complete by checking if water splashes out like a fountain when the tip is pressed. Low water pressure can also cause noise. Check that the pressure gauge reads above 0.3 Bar and verify the expansion tank and pressure gauge are functioning correctly.

  If your LG Heat Pump isn't starting even though the remote controller is displaying information, the water inlet temperature may be the issue. The unit won't operate if the water inlet temperature is above 57 °C for system protection. Similarly, in cooling mode, it won't operate if the temperature is below 5 °C; wait for it to warm up. In heating mode, it won't operate below 15 °C; wait for it to reach 18 °C. If you're not using a back-up heater, increase the water temperature with an external heat source. If the problem continues, contact your dealer. Note that the screed drying function requires back up heater accessories.

  If water is flooding out through the drain hose of your LG Heat Pump, it could be due to too much water being charged. To resolve this, open the safety valve switch until the pressure gauge indicates 2 to 2.5 Bar. Alternatively, the expansion tank might be damaged and require replacement.
