Lastly, a low water flow rate could be the cause; examine the strainer for particle buildup and clean it if necessary. Also, check if the pressure gauge indicates above 4 Bar, and inspect the water pipe for blockages from accumulated particles or lime.

      If your LG Heat Pump isn't starting despite having power, it could be due to the water inlet temperature being too high or too low. If the water inlet temperature exceeds 57 °C, the unit won't operate for system protection. Similarly, in cooling mode, the unit won't operate if the water inlet temperature is below 5 °C; allow the unit to warm up the water. In heating mode, operation is prevented if the temperature is below 15 °C; wait for it to reach 18 °C. If you're not using a backup heater, increase the water temperature with an external heat source. If the problem continues, contact your dealer. For screed drying, install backup heater accessories.

      If the DHW (Domestic Hot Water) in your LG Heat Pump is not hot, it could be because the thermal protector of the water tank heater is activated. To resolve this, open the side panel of the DHW tank and push the reset button on the thermal protector. Another reason could be that DHW Heating is disabled. Make sure to select DHW Heating Operation and check if the icon is displayed on the remote controller.
