To address air purging, open the air purge cap and add water until the pressure gauge reads 2 to 2.5 Bar. Check that water splashes out when the tip (at the top of the hole) is pressed; if not, continue purging air. For low water pressure, check if the pressure gauge indicates above 0.3 Bar and ensure the expansion tank and pressure gauge are functioning correctly.

Similarly, in cooling mode, the unit won't operate if the water inlet temperature is below 5 °C; allow the unit to warm up the water. For heating, the unit requires a water inlet temperature of at least 15 °C to operate; wait for it to warm up to 18 °C. If you are not using a back up heater accessory, increase the water temperature using an external heat source, such as a heater or boiler.

To resolve this, open the side panel of the DHW tank and push the reset button of the thermal protector.
