    • E
      Eric MooreJul 29, 2025
If your LG Monitor screen is blank, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet and that you're using the adapter included with the monitor. Also, verify the power cable connection and press the power button. Check that the correct input is selected in the monitor's settings under Input. If the signal cable between your PC and the monitor is disconnected, check the cable and reconnect it. Finally, ensure that at least Windows 10 is installed.

      Andrea MillerAug 2, 2025
If you're not getting any sound from the headphone port on your LG Monitor, first, remember that this model doesn't support an internal speaker. Ensure the headphone port connections are properly made. Try increasing the volume using the joystick. Finally, set the audio output of your PC to the monitor you are using. Note that the exact settings may vary depending on your operating system.

Why is my LG Monitor screen display unstable and shaky?
    • B
      Brooke MitchellAug 8, 2025
If your LG Monitor's screen display is unstable or shaky, and images leave shadow trails, it might be due to the selected resolution being HDMI 1080i 60/50 Hz (interlaced). Try changing the resolution to 1080p or the recommended resolution. Also, not setting the graphics card to the recommended (optimal) resolution may result in blurred text, a dimmed screen, a truncated display area or misalignment of the display.
