  If your LG washer isn't draining properly, there might be a few reasons. First, check if the drain hose is installed more than 3 1/4 feet (1 m) beyond the end of the elbow bracket; if so, lower it to within 3 feet below the end of the bracket. Also, inspect the drain hose to ensure it's not pinched or clogged; straighten it out to prevent bending. If the hose is frozen, thaw it with warm water. Finally, the drain hose could be clogged with foreign objects; in this case, open the drain pump plug cap and remove any dirt.

  If your LG washer isn't getting enough water, start by checking if the faucet is turned on. If it is, see if the water supply is stopped or the faucet is frozen; thaw it with warm water if needed. Also, check if the water pressure is low or if the inlet filter is clogged; if the filter is clogged, clean it. Make sure the water line is properly connected to the cold water inlet. Finally, ensure the water lines aren't pinched or bent, taking care they're not twisted or pinched by other objects.

  If the tub in your LG washing machine isn't rotating, make sure the door is fully closed and secured. If the message persists, unplug the power. Also, check if the washing machine is overloaded; if so, rearrange the load and restart it. If the load size is too big, the tub may not rotate because the motor is overheated. In this case, allow the washing machine to stand for a while and then restart the cycle. Unplug the power if the same error message appears.
