If using liquid detergent, make sure the liquid detergent cup and insert are in the compartment. If using powdered detergent, remove the cup and insert. Always close the dispenser drawer fully before starting the cycle. Use the suggested amount of detergent as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and dilute it with water to the maximum fill line to prevent clogging. Use only HE (High-Efficiency) detergent. Ensure the water supply is turned on fully. Regular residue may remain in the dispenser; the dispenser box can be removed and cleaned with warm water and a scrub brush.
