    • B
      Bryan MillerSep 23, 2025

What to do if my LG WT7405C Washer shows an IE inlet error?
    • T
      Tyler JacksonAug 23, 2025
The IE INLET ERROR on your LG Washer indicates a water inlet issue. First, ensure that the water supply faucets are fully open. Check that the water inlet hoses are not kinked, pinched, or crushed. If the water inlet filters are clogged, clean them. Also, verify that your house's water supply pressure is adequate. Avoid using leak-limiting hoses, as they can falsely trip and prevent the washer from filling. Finally, make sure the end of the drain hose is higher than 29.5 inches (75 cm) above the bottom of the washer.

Why won't my LG Washer turn on?
    • M
      Michael CrawfordAug 26, 2025
If your LG Washer won't turn on, start by ensuring the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded, 3-prong, 120-VAC, 60 Hz outlet. Also, check your house fuse or circuit breaker; reset the breaker or replace the fuse if necessary, without increasing its capacity. If a circuit overload is the problem, have it corrected by a qualified electrician.

Why is my LG WT7405C leaking water?
    • M
      Michael LiAug 27, 2025
If your LG Washer is leaking, check the following: 1. Inspect hoses and connectors for leaks, cracks, and splits, and tighten hose connections. 2. Make sure the drain hose is properly installed and not restricted, and check for water backing up out of the drain pipe during the drain cycle. 3. Ensure the drain hose is correctly inserted into the drain connector. 4. Use the Bedding cycle for large items and avoid washing more than half a load of items that float. 5. Only use HE (High-Efficiency) detergent in the correct amount.
