  Poor soil removal in your LG Washer can occur for several reasons: you might not be using enough detergent for the load size or the amount of soil. The wash water temperature may be too low; use warm or hot water for normally soiled items. Overloading the washer can also cause this issue, so reduce the load size. For heavily soiled laundry, try using the JEAN or Soak (SPEEDY SOAK) & JEAN wash cycle, and separate heavily soiled items from lightly soiled ones. Consider pretreating stains and heavy soil.
