ADJUSTING THE INCLINE
You can manually adjust the EcoStride to be used flat or at one of three
incline settings.
WARNING: This step may require two people; the treadmill is heavy and
bulky.
To adjust the incline of the treadmill:
1. Remove an adjuster pin from the incline adjuster at the rear of the
treadmill.
2. Lift that rear corner of the treadmill.
3. Flip the incline adjuster down and place the adjuster pin in one of the
three holes.
Hole 1 = high incline.
Hole 2 = moderate incline.
Hole 3 = low incline.
4. Return the treadmill to the floor.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the other side.
6. Inspect the treadmill to see if it is level and sturdy. Both adjuster
pins should be in incline adjuster holes with the same number or the
treadmill will not be level.
