When Room temp. Set temp. (TP) t1, and Temp. Output (R3) has stopped fort2,
Temp. Output (R3) will be energized.
When Room temp. Set temp. (TP), Temp. Output (R3) will be deenergized.
Cool modet0 = C
When Room temp. Set temp. (TP) +t1, and Temp. Output (R3) has stopped fort2,

Over high temperature limit protection (only for heat mode)
