What to do if my Lincoln Electric IDEALARC CV-305 Welding System has no output?
If your Lincoln Electric Welding System has no output, the secondary contactor circuit (2 and 4 wire feeder receptacle) may not be working. Also, check if the electrode or work lead is loose or broken, or if there is a defective PC Board. The protective circuits might be operating due to an output short circuit. If using an LN-25, the K484 jumper plug kit may not be making a connection between 2 & 4 in the wire feeder receptacle. Lastly, if welding with 1/16" aluminum wire and the machine is flashing E00, further assistance is needed.
