Overview

Install the First Adapter

Connect Ethernet to Router

Connects one end of an Ethernet cable to the Powerline AV Network Adapter (PLE300).

Connect Adapter to Router

Connects the other end of the Ethernet cable to the router's Ethernet port.

Connect Power to Adapter

Connects the power cord to the Power port of the Powerline AV Network Adapter.

Plug Adapter into Outlet

Plugs the other end of the power cord into an electrical outlet.

Confirm Adapter Lights

Verifies that the Power and Ethernet LEDs of the Adapter light up.

Install the Second Adapter

Connect Ethernet to 4-Port Adapter

Connects an Ethernet cable to an Ethernet port on the Powerline AV 4-Port Network Adapter (PLS300).

Connect Device to Network

Connects the other end of the cable to the computer or device to be added to the network.

Connect Power to 4-Port Adapter

Connects the power cord to the Power port of the 4-Port Adapter.

Plug 4-Port Adapter into Outlet

Plugs the other end of the power cord into an electrical outlet.

Confirm 4-Port Adapter Lights

Verifies that the Power, Ethernet, and Powerline LEDs of the 4-Port Adapter light up.
