Choose between placing next to the router or connecting via Ethernet cable for initial setup.
Connect the power plate to the Range Expander and plug it into a power outlet.
Press and hold the Auto Configuration button for five seconds until LEDs flash.
Unplug, move the Range Expander, and connect it to a power outlet.
Fix the antenna direction for better receiving sensitivity, usually higher placement.
Insert the Setup Wizard CD, click Setup, and ensure your wireless router is operational.
Search for your wireless network, select it, and configure security settings like WEP or WPA.
Search for the Range Expander, enter its password, and configure IP address settings.
Review settings, save changes, unplug, relocate the Range Expander, and position the antenna.
