When switching label sizes, be sure to complete the steps covered in the Loading
Your Label Printer section.
To skip a blank label, you may press the paper feed button.
To run a self-test, press and hold the paper feed button until it beeps twice
Make sure you only use high-quality labels in order to keep your printer running
smoothly.
Clean the printer head regularly to avoid buildup.
lf the paper becomes jammed, turn the printer off, allow it to cool down, and open
the top cover. Check to see that the rubber roller is not dirty. If it is, you can clean
it with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol. Make sure the alcohol has completely
evaporated before restarting.
Use the same USB port on your computer whenever you connect your printer. This
will prevent your operating system from creating duplicate copies of the printer.
