2. Carefully loosen the drain lter anti-clockwise. Water may drain out - this is normal.
3. Unscrew the lter to remove it.
4. Remove any lint and debris before carefully replacing the lter.
5. Turn the lter clockwise to screw back into place. Close the service panel.
Preventing a Frozen Water Supply Hose
If your machine is delivered in freezing weather conditions, leave it
at room temperature for 24 hours after you’ve set it up before using
it. This ensures there’s no ice blocking the water supply hose. If your
water supply hose freezes, add 2 or 3 litres of warm water to the
drum. Then run “Express 15’ programme without detergent.
Cleaning the Filter Net of the Water Supply Hose
1. Turn the water supply o at the tap.
2. Remove the water supply hose from the tap.
3. Manually remove the lter net located on the tap side of the water supply hose and clean
using a small brush (e.g. a toothbrush).
4. Return the lter net to its original position.
5. Re-connect the water supply hose to the tap and turn the tap back on, checking for leaks.
Before cleaning the drain lter, switch o and unplug the machine.
1. Open the service panel. Place a suitable container under the service panel to catch the water.
(If there is an emergency drain hose, take o the hose cap and let the water run out, then
replace the drain hose.)

Be careful not to burn yourself while cleaning the drain lter. Water draining from
the lter compartment may be hot after a high temperature wash.
