• Open the water tap, to check if the inlet hose is
squashed or kinked. Straighten the inlet hose.
• Check if the lter in the inlet valve is blocked or not.
Wash the inlet hose.
• Check if the water pressure is too low.
E12 Water overflow • Restart the machine.

Drain water problem
while washing
• Check if the drain pump is blocked.
E30 Door lock problem
• Check if the door of the machine is closed.
• Check if the clothes are pinned by the door.
