5.2 Setting Parameters
1. Press and hold the REDUCE button for two seconds until SEL-0 is
displayed.
2. Press ADD or RED to select the desired menu (See Section 5.3). In this
example we will use SEL-3, Alarm Center.
3. Press SET to go into setting mode. The screen in this case will display AC
for one second, then switch to the current value of the parameter.
06.300 means the alarm value is set at 6.3m.
4. Press ADD or RED to adjust this value up or down. Holding one of these
buttons will increase the rate the numbers change.
5. When the value is correct, press SET to return to the menu, in this
example SEL-3.
6. After all of the parameters have been set, press OK to save the changes.
The sensor will return to normal detect mode.
5.3 Parameter Menus
SEL0 – No parameter
SEL1 – rb – Range Beginning: The distance reading that will correspond to 4mA output
Minimum Value: 00.000m
Maximum Value: 99.999m
Default Value: 00.200m
SEL2 –rE – Range End: The distance reading that will correspond to 20mA output.
Minimum Value: 00.000m
Maximum Value: 99.999m
Default Value: 00.200m
SEL3 – AC- Alarm Center: The distance reading at which the alarm outputs change state.
Minimum Value: 00.000m
Maximum Value: 99.999m
