Figure 3.1 shows the zero point on the LM-SD for calibration purposes. There is a
parameter “OF” that allows the Zero Point to be changed to some other meaningful point in
space.

Mounting Distance- The sensor is rated at 30m operating distance without a reflector.
Operation at the end of this range should be tested before final installation. For distances
greater than 30m, a diffuse reflector is recommended.
