3 MANUFACTURING PHASE 3
This phase of manufacture involves customisation, labelling & barcode serialisation (if required) and packing
of tested product.
The customisation software also automatically counts the LogTags for a given production order.
3.1 Customisation
Reason for stage:
To setup product for shipping and to count and record LogTag serial numbers for given shipments.
This is a common test for all LogTag USB HID products.
Equipment required:
• PC installed with Win 7 and the USB LogTag Customisation software package Installation version
2.8 Build 3 or later
• PC must have one USB port available,
• Barcode Scanner (PS/2 or USB interface HID compliant)
• USB extender case & cable (USB-A male to USB-A female) suitable for customisation.
