  If the barrel of your Lortone Power Tool is leaking or the barrel lid comes off during operation, it could be due to several reasons: * The inner lid might not be seated correctly; ensure the inner lid and barrel shoulder are clean and free of contaminants, and that the inner lid is seated on the shoulder inside the barrel. * The knurled nut might be over tightened; tighten it by hand only until snug, without using tools. * Gas might be building up in the barrel; open the barrel occasionally to vent any gas formed during tumbling. * The barrel or boot gasket might be damaged; replace the damaged barrel or boot gasket.
