Troubleshooting
Your Oxygen Concentrator contains no user-serviceable parts. If you believe
your unit is not working properly, BEFORE YOU RETURN IT TO THE DEALER
WHERE YOU PURCHASED IT, please take a few minutes to check for these
possible causes:

Oxygen purity
low
Concentrator is producing oxygen
at low level (<82%)
Contact your equipment provider
The red light is
solid more than 5
minutes
Oxygen purity
low
Concentrator is producing oxygen
at low level (<72%)
Contact your equipment provider
The car inverter
produces noise
Fan Runs
The fun of inverter should work for
dissipate heat
There is water in
the capsule of
oxygen cannula
Pour out the
water
Disconnect the oxygen tube with
capsule.
