Organisatorische Maßnahmen
Achtung: Die Betriebsanleitung ständig am
Einsatzort der Maschine / Anlage (im Werkzeug-
fach oder dem dafür vorgesehenen Behälter)
griffbereit aufbewahren!
Ergänzend zur Betriebsanleitung allgemeingülti-
ge gesetzliche und sonstige verbindliche Rege-
lungen zur Unfallverhütung und zum Umwelt-
schutz beachten und anweisen!
Derartige Pflichten können auch z.B. den Um-
gang mit Gefahrstoffen oder das Zurverfügungs-
tellen / Tragen persönlicher Schutzausrüstun-
gen oder straßenverkehrsrechtlicher Regelun-
gen betreffen.
Betriebsanleitung um Anweisung einschließlich
Aufsichts- und Meldepflichten zur Berücksichti-
gung betrieblicher Besonderheiten, z.B. hin-
sichtlich Arbeitsorganisation, Arbeitsabläufen,
eingesetztem Personal, ergänzen.
Das mit Tätigkeiten an der Maschine beauftrag-
te Personal muß vor Arbeitsbeginn die Be-
triebsanleitung, und hier besonders das Kapitel
Sicherheitshinweise, gelesen haben. Während
des Arbeitseinsatzes ist es zu spät! Dies gilt in
besonderem Maße für nur gelegentlich , z.B.
beim Rüsten, Warten, an der Maschine tätig
werdendes Personal.
Zumindest gelegentlich sicherheits- und gefah-
renbewußtes Arbeiten des Personals unter Be-
achtung der Betriebsanleitung kontrollieren.
Alle Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise an der
Maschine / Anlagen beachten.
Alle Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise an / auf
der Maschine vollzählig in lesbarem Zustand
halten!
Gefahr! Bei sicherheitsrelevanten Änderungen
der Maschine / Anlage oder ihres Betriebsver-
haltens Maschine / Anlage sofort stillsetzen und
Störung der zuständigen Stelle / Person mel-
den!
Keine Veränderungen, An- und Umbauten an
der Maschine / Anlage, die die Sicherheit beein-
trächtigen könnten, ohne Genehmigung des Lie-
ferers vornehmen!
Dies gilt auch für den Einbau und die Einstel-
lung von Sicherheitseinrichtungen und -ventilen
sowie für das Schweißen an tragenden Teilen.
Ersatzteile müssen den vom Hersteller festge-
legten technischen Anforderungen entsprechen.
Dies ist bei Orginalersatzteilen gewährleistet.
Gefahr! Keine Programmänderungen (Soft-
ware) an programmierbaren Steuersystemen-
vornehmen!
Organizational measures
Attention: The operating instruction must al-
ways be at and at the place of use of the ma-
chine / plant, e.g. stowing them in the tool com-
partment or tool box provided for such purpose.
In addition to the operating instructions, ob-
serve and instruct the user in all other generally
applicable legal and other mandatory regula-
tions relevant to accident prevention and envi-
ronment protection.
These compulsory regulations may also deal
with the handling of hazardoussubstances, is-
suing and / or wearing of personal protective
equipment, or traffic regulations.
The operating instructions must be supple-
mented by instructions covering the duties in-
volved in supervising and notifying special or-
ganizational features, such as job organization,
working sequences or the personnel entrusted
with the work.
Personnel entrusted with work on the machine
must have read the operating instructions and
in paricular the chapter on savety before begin-
ning work. Reading the instructions after work
has begun is to late! This applies especially to
persons working only occasionally on the ma-
chine, e.g. during setting up or maintenance.
Check - at least from time to time - whether the
personnel is carrying out the work in compli-
ance with the operating instructions and paying
attention to risk and savety factors.
Observe all savety instructions and warnings at-
tached to the machine / plant.
See to it that savety instructions and warnings
attached to the machine are always complete
and perfectly legible.
Danger! In the event of savety-relevant modifi-
cations or changes in the behaviour of the ma-
chine / plant during operation, stop the machine
/ plant immediately and report the malfunction
to the competent authority / person.
Never make any modifikations, additions or
conversions which might affect savety without
the supplier's approval. This also applies to the
installation andadjustment of savety devices
and valves as well as to welding work on load-
bearing elements.
Spare parts must comply with the technical re-
quirements specified by the manufacturer.
Spare parts from original equipment manufac-
turers can berelied to do so.
Danger! Never modify the software of pro-
grammable control systems.
