Montage der Düsenlinien
Die Düsenrohre werden mit den
mitgelieferten Edelstahl-Schneid-
ringverschraubungen zu Düsenli-
nien zusammengesetzt. Dabei wie
folgt vorgehen:
Schneidring leicht einölen!
Überwurfmutter bis zur fühlbaren
Anlage mit der Hand aufschrau-
ben. Rohr gegen den Anschlag im
Innenkonus drücken.
Achtung! Nichtanliegen des Rohr-
endes am Anschlag führt zur
Fehlmontage.
Überwurfmutter max. 1½ Umdre-
hungen anziehen.
Überwurfmutter lösen und kontrol-
lieren, ob der sichtbare Bund den
Raum vor der Schneide ausfüllt.
Mutter wieder anziehen.
Nach jedem Lösen ist der Anzug
der Überwurfmutter ohne erhöhten
Kraftaufwand vorzunehmen.
Stutzen immer gegenhalten!
Achtung! Verschraubungen nie-
mals auf Biegung belasten! Dü-
senlinien deshalb immer in endgül-
tiger Position montieren und wäh-
rend der Montage abstützen. Dü-
senlinien nicht am Boden montie-
ren!
Düsenlinien so drehen, dass die
Düsen 5-10° nach oben zeigen.
Bei beidseitig sprühenden Linien
Düsen ebenfalls nach oben rich-
ten.
Mounting of the nozzle lines
The nozzles lines have to be fitted
with the attached stainless steel
couplings. The procedure is like
the following:
Oil the cutting ring softly!
Screw on the nut by hand. Press
the tube into the coupling piece.
Attention! If the tube is not laying
against the coupling piece, the
mounting will not be successful.
Tighten the nut at most 1½
rounds. To control the number of
rounds use a mark.
Remove the nut and make sure,
that the bundle in front of the edge
is filling the complete space. Tight-
en the nut again.
After each removing of the nut
tighten it without more power.
Always hold the coupling piece!
Attention! Never bend the cutting
ring coupling! Allways mount the
nozzles lines in its final position
Support the lines while mounting.
Never mount the nozzle lines on
the floor!
Turn the nozzlelines in that way,
the nozzles are spraying 5-10°
upwards. Also in nozzlelines with
alternating spraying nozzles turn
the nozzles upwards.
