The humidity level on the controller may need calibration. The unit could be in a defrost cycle. A dirty or clogged air filter can also reduce performance. There might be a low refrigerant charge due to leaks, or air leaks in the ducting. In some cases, the compressor may be damaged, or the air duct isn't properly installed, leading to insufficient air volume.

The controller is damaged. 3. Internal wiring is poorly connected. 4. The 3 Phase Protector is faulty, or the phase sequence is incorrect. 5. There's a voltage failure. 6. The Low Pressure Switch is activated, possibly due to gas leakages. Check gas pressure with a refrigerant gauge manifold and inspect the heat exchanger and copper tubes for leakage points if pressure is low.

  If the fan in your LUKO Dehumidifier isn't rotating when the ventilation function is on, and the compressor starts and stops frequently, eventually ceasing to run, check the following: 1. Ensure there are no obstructions preventing the fan from rotating. 2. Check the Controller Pin No.2 for DC Voltage output of 0 – 10V. 3. Verify that the Controller Pin No. 1 (com/gnd) is properly connected. 4. If there's no DC output after checking the controller, replace it. 5. The fan bearing might be worn out. 6. The fan not running could lead to voltage protection. 7. The fan might be faulty.
